The Seasonal Lift Operations Lead role is onsite in Marquette, MI, for the season from October 14, 2026, through April 14, 2027. Pay is $14 per hour. Marquette Mountain Resort offers year-round outdoor recreation and guest experiences near Lake Superior. The lead assists the lift operations supervisor with safe daily ski-lift operations and team oversight. The role supports guest service, staff coaching, safety procedures, operational reporting, and coordination with maintenance and other resort departments.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning and supervising daily lift operations
• monitor lift operators and service standards
• inspect conditions and surroundings
• support openings, closings, ramps, and maze setup
• complete lift logs and incident reports
• communicate maintenance issues
• coach operators
• implement emergency and safety procedures
• assist with lift evacuation if needed.
