Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Fort Novosel, AL, with compensation of $32–$43 per hour. The position supports residential maintenance operations and asset upkeep for Corvias, whose mission is to solve partners’ challenges and build resilient communities. This working supervisor performs and oversees maintenance and repair work, directs and develops technicians, and coordinates work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance, safety, inventory, and budgets to maintain the property and provide residents with a quality living environment.

• Perform residential maintenance and repairs
• direct, train, and support maintenance technicians
• assign work orders and make-ready activities
• coordinate emergency maintenance scheduling
• manage maintenance orders and inventory
• forecast expenses
• assist with preventive maintenance planning
• inspect properties
• monitor compliance with company procedures, regulations, and safety policies
• solicit and evaluate maintenance contract proposals.
