What you'll do

• Complete daily audits of cashiered tickets
• develop and maintain a chart of accounts, bookkeeping policies, and procedures
• verify, allocate, and post transactions to subsidiary accounts
• reconcile subsidiary accounts and the general ledger
• prepare trial balances as needed
• maintain organized historical financial records
• assist tenants and customers by phone and email regarding contracts
• process payments, manage aged accounts, and oversee collection attempts
• prepare daily revenue reports and ticket summaries
• create and manage validations for monthly billing and new parkers
• respond to customer inquiries.
