Front Desk Associate

What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests
• provide concierge assistance
• communicate club rules discreetly
• manage reservations, waitlists, guest and event lists, and member profiles
• coordinate seating and service flow with restaurant and operations teams
• answer calls, emails, and inquiries
• maintain an organized front desk
• monitor VIP arrivals and requests
• assist the Membership Director with member and prospective-member relationships
• maintain accurate interaction notes
• relay operational updates and support events as needed.
