Project Lead, Custodial Contract

The Project Lead role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, with pay of $18–$19 per hour. The position supports Goodwill Contract Services Hawaii’s Ft. Shafter Custodial Contract within Retail and Contract Operations. Goodwill Hawaii’s mission is represented as part of the role. The Project Lead supports the Project Supervisor by coordinating contract service delivery and supervising employees. The role helps meet contract requirements through hands-on task support, staff coaching, quality control, supply and equipment oversight, budget tracking, documentation, and workplace safety.

What you'll do

• Understand and execute contract scope and requirements
• assign tasks and provide hands-on support
• assist with training, coaching, and supervision
• support quality control and inventory distribution
• operate and maintain cleaning equipment and request repairs
• assist with payroll, supplies, and expenses against budget
• maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and personnel
• communicate contract issues to the supervisor
• assist with documentation and work schedules
• maintain a safe work environment and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
