What you'll do

• Operate equipment to cut, shape, laminate, assemble, or finish foam products
• interpret work orders, schedules, drawings, and specifications
• set up and adjust machinery
• monitor production and inspect finished products
• package and stage products
• perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• document production and quality
• handle materials
• maintain a clean work area
• and participate in continuous improvement.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing or fabrication experience are preferred. EPS manufacturing experience is a plus. The role requires frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; ear protection is required where posted.
