The Quality Services Supervisor, Second Shift role is onsite in Brookville, OH. Starting wages are $23.50 per hour. The supervisor leads Team Leaders and Inspectors, coordinates staffing and daily operations, and helps ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met. The role develops employees, resolves operational issues, and supports continuous improvement and a positive team environment.

What you'll do

• Direct assigned Team Leaders and Inspectors
• coordinate schedules and staffing
• coach, train, and develop employees
• assist with orientation
• monitor performance and provide review input
• ensure accurate operational and quality data
• complete Layered Process Audits
• support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• troubleshoot issues
• coordinate with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving
• review and authorize timesheets
• reinforce policies and customer requirements.
