What you'll do

• Manage multiple openings and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• develop sourcing strategies using professional networks, social media, and recruiting resources
• identify and engage passive candidates
• conduct outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, and assessments
• build interview and selection processes
• support talent attraction and employer branding
• track recruiting metrics
• update job descriptions and recruiting materials
• manage agency relationships and vendor performance
• coordinate interview and onboarding processes
• support internal mobility and general HR activities.
