What you'll do

• Prepare and serve menu items according to production sheets, standardized recipes, therapeutic diets, and modified food consistencies
• follow food handling, portion control, storage, labeling, dating, and temperature-monitoring procedures
• assist with inventory and stocking
• maintain a clean and safe kitchen
• prepare meals for special events
• report equipment hazards and maintenance concerns
• provide guidance to Dietary Aides when supervisory staff are absent.
