What you'll do

• Oversee daily billing activities and workflows
• ensure claims meet payer requirements and internal standards
• review clearinghouse reports and payer responses
• coordinate claim corrections, rebills, and resubmissions
• resolve claim edits, rejections, and billing exceptions
• support coding and charge review
• maintain billing procedures and HIPAA compliance
• participate in audits, system testing, workflow enhancements, and automation initiatives.
