What you'll do

• Study work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, material specifications, and machining parameters
• interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances
• program, set up, and operate CNC machines using G-code or conversational programming
• load raw material and verify setups and first-run parts
• monitor drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, and facing operations
• troubleshoot malfunctions, adjust programs, and replace worn tools as needed. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. Associate degree in Machining Technology plus three years of CNC experience, or equivalent education and experience, is required.
