The Housekeeper role is an onsite position in Richmond, VA, with compensation of $17–$18 per hour. The Westin Richmond’s housekeeping team prepares guest rooms and shared areas to hotel standards. The housekeeper cleans and replenishes rooms, records room status, and reports maintenance needs and lost property. This work helps maintain clean, ready guest rooms and supports guest requests and hotel operations.

What you'll do

• Strip and remake beds
• sweep, wash, and vacuum floors
• clean walls, windows, furniture, fixtures, and bathrooms
• remove trash and replenish amenities
• perform assigned deep cleans and special guest requests
• assist with public-area cleaning
• check rooms for repairs and notify the Executive Housekeeper
• report lost-and-found items
• maintain storage rooms and stock carts
• record room status
• attend required hotel meetings.
