What you'll do
- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor for changes in residents' personal care needs and collaborate with the Nurse to update Resident Care Plans.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
