What you'll do
- Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care when needed
- assist with mobility and safe transfers
- prepare and assist with meals
- provide medication reminders according to the care plan
- accompany clients to appointments or errands when applicable
- provide companionship
- perform light housekeeping related to client care
- follow individualized care plans
- report changes in client condition
- communicate with family members and the care team.
