The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care role is onsite in Crossville, Tennessee, with full-time 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. schedules, 36 hours per week, and rotating weekends. Pay is $15.50–$20.61 per hour. WyndRidge Health and Rehabilitation Center’s long-term care team supports residents in a skilled nursing setting. The CNA provides basic nursing care under licensed nurse supervision and assists residents with personal care, mobility, and daily needs. The role also monitors and reports changes, supports resident safety, and helps maintain clean resident areas.

What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing care and procedures under licensed nurse supervision
• assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, adaptive equipment, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• measure and record vital signs as instructed
• report changes to supervisors
• answer call lights and check residents
• maintain resident areas and equipment according to infection-control guidelines
• assist with appointments, activities, and social programs.
