What you'll do

• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, and implementing the activities program
• meet with the Activities Director, staff, and residents to plan activities
• coordinate with facility departments and outside community agencies
• assist with resident field trips and outside activities
• maintain participation records
• assist with the volunteer program and activity department organization
• report changes in residents’ condition to Nursing
• conduct scheduled programs according to the monthly calendar
• distribute mail and periodicals.
