The Workforce Trainer II – Member Engagement Contact Center and Digital Support role is onsite in Tempe, AZ. Pay is $31.50–$36.75 per hour. The credit union describes a merger between Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union and a shared commitment to member service and financial well-being. The trainer delivers technical and specialty curricula, develops other trainers, and helps assess, design, and evaluate learning programs. The role supports staff skill development and consistent, current training across departments through in-person, virtual, and asynchronous learning.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-house and customized staff training using instructional and participant materials, job aids, and software
• prepare class materials and coordinate classes
• assist with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across learning modalities
• maintain liaison with departments and managers to keep materials accurate and current
• monitor industry developments and learning practices
• adhere to Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.
