What you'll do

• Assess residents, plan and implement individualized care plans, administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor and document health status and progress, supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, educate residents and families, respond to emergencies, and participate in quality assurance.
