What you'll do

• Lead a classroom and implement the adopted curriculum and students’ IEP goals
• ensure support staff implement instructional strategies and lessons
• plan weekly lessons aligned with state standards
• provide daily staff feedback
• participate in observations and coaching
• report and analyze data
• communicate with parents
• modify materials for student needs and IEP requirements
• contribute to IEPs
• coach and mentor classroom support staff.
