What you'll do
- Conduct onsite multifamily property inspections and tenant-file audits
- review EIV and Section 8 vouchers for HUD compliance
- identify and follow up on operational or management deficiencies
- prepare and review MOR documents, checklists, and reports
- research HUD regulations
- respond to owners, agents, and HUD
- support and train staff as needed
