What you'll do

• Train and coach team members on guest expectations, job requirements, and restaurant standards
• monitor food quality, presentation, temperature, and order accuracy
• follow food-safety procedures and complete the Food Safety Checklist each shift
• coordinate team coverage and maintain readiness for guest service
• assist with order taking and cashiering during busy periods
• handle guest concerns
• monitor cleanliness and stocking
• manage cash handling during the shift
• follow restaurant policies, timekeeping, and applicable labor laws.
