Facility Condition Assessor

What you'll do

• Manage multi-person assessment teams
• coordinate onsite schedules and client responsibilities
• develop project plans and deliverables
• conduct facility walkthroughs and assess mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems
• interview site stakeholders
• document deficiencies with photographs
• prepare facility and property condition assessments and multi-year capital spending plans.
