Activities Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist the Activities Director, volunteers, and entertainers
• conduct assigned activity programs
• record attendance and participation
• complete assessments, MDS, care plans, and related documentation as assigned
• help develop the activities calendar
• support residents through individual and group activities
• assist with off-site trips when available and appropriate
• help residents and guests get to activities
• foster community within the facility.

Why this role
