What you'll do

• Serve as primary program interface with government leadership and technical stakeholders
• lead network, systems, cybersecurity, help desk, and AV/VTC professionals
• manage staffing, subcontractors, and multi-location coverage
• plan task orders, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• monitor service availability, tickets, maintenance, vulnerability remediation, and customer satisfaction
• coordinate outages and incidents
• oversee transitions and continuity
• maintain schedules, risk registers, reports, and corrective actions
• coordinate support with instructional schedules and events.
