What you'll do

• Guide members on healthcare decisions, benefits use, and claims resolution
• explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and care options
• coordinate with providers and carriers
• assist with prior authorizations, appeals, and billing concerns
• identify gaps in care
• communicate with members and internal teams
• document interactions and comply with HIPAA and other privacy requirements
• track advocacy activities and outcomes.
