The Grill Operator works onsite at Steak ’n Shake in Spring Hill, FL. Compensation is $12–$23 per hour. The role prepares made-to-order grill products for the restaurant’s customers.

What you'll do

• Prepare grill products to order within 5–8 minutes using the grill, bun toaster, spatula, meat fork, and CRT
• follow cooking procedures and monitor equipment temperatures
• restock and sanitize the work area
• follow safety, security, uniform, and company rules
• perform other assigned tasks.
