CNC Process Setup Specialist – Tight-Tolerance Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Prepare CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines by installing fixtures, loading and verifying programs, and setting tooling
• apply tool changes and offsets
• interpret blueprints and inspection requirements
• perform first-piece and in-process inspections with metrology tools
• diagnose machining and setup issues
• support operators
• track tool wear and machine performance
• complete setup documentation
• and uphold safety, quality, and 5S standards.
