What you'll do

• Prepare and administer physician-ordered medications
• review medication orders for completeness and accuracy
• transcribe physician orders
• document resident information and notify physicians and families as needed
• assist with admissions and discharges
• complete incident reports and follow-up investigations
• participate in care planning and conferences
• coordinate with facility disciplines
• participate in continuing education programs.
