What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and support emails
• research, resolve, and record issues
• assist with refunds and payment processing
• coordinate training, data entry, taxpayer support, and communications with other departments
• review relevant ordinances and legislation
• prepare reports for Accounting and distribute reconciliation reports
• assist with client-request research.
