What you'll do

• Travel approximately 30% throughout New York State, excluding NYC, to meet prospects and manage relationships
• develop new business in the New England market from Syracuse
• prospect with the Account Manager
• source leads through calls, email, and follow-up
• maintain CRM records
• present services
• schedule appointments
• provide customer support
• conduct quarterly account calls
• assist with closing deals
• support Sales and Marketing.
