What you'll do

• Welcome members and accurately process transactions
• build member relationships and refer members to products and services
• balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies
• support drive-up, night drop, and opening or closing duties as assigned
• open and service complex accounts
• process consumer loan applications
• assist with complex member concerns
• mentor Member Service Representative team members
• follow applicable laws and policies.

Why this role

Requires 1–3 years of financial institution experience, one year of cash handling and customer service experience, and new account and lending experience. Notary and/or NMLS license is preferred.
