What you'll do

• Follow and update daily activity calendars
• encourage participation in life-enrichment programs, games, arts and crafts, outings, and social events
• work with the Activities Director to develop activities aligned with resident preferences and goals
• conduct room and one-to-one visits to assess interests and needs
• update resident activity logs daily
• coordinate with the healthcare team to incorporate activities into care plans.
