Retail Sales Supervisor

What you'll do

• Assist the Store Manager with motivating the team, analyzing sales, and developing action plans to drive productivity.
• Help manage payroll budgets, staffing, recruiting, and hiring.
• Provide customer service, respond to requests and concerns, process sales and returns, and support cashier and online pickup duties.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, replenishment, and store operating standards.
• Supervise employees and coach them to achieve goals when store management is absent.
• Open and close the store, manage registers and deposits, and follow company policies and safety standards.
