What you'll do

• Gather, document, validate, and trace business requirements to functional requirements, user stories, and test cases
• facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
• support test scripts and user acceptance criteria
• manage service partners against application support SLAs
• report on application portfolios, incidents, environment health, and roadmaps
• coordinate troubleshooting and service improvements
• monitor service KPIs
• assess IT risks
• document processes and recommend improvements
• support delivery, deployment, vendor reviews, and change analysis.
