What you'll do

• Follow the director's prep list
• label and stock ingredients
• measure ingredients and seasonings
• wash and chop vegetables and cut meat
• perform basic cooking and prepare simple dishes
• clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment
• store food properly
• and follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
