Security Officer – Security Operations

Job overview

The Security Officer – Security Operations role is onsite in Middletown, PA, paying $21 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Allied Universal assigns the officer to support an early learning environment at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The officer helps maintain a welcoming and secure environment by providing customer service, monitoring access, conducting patrols, responding calmly to incidents, and documenting observations. The work supports the safety of children, staff, visitors, and families at the facility.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns involving children, staff, visitors, or facility operations
• conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter
• monitor access points and verify visitor authorization
• document observations and incidents and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
