What you'll do

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by cleaning appliances, fixtures, and surfaces and removing trash and debris
• perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing leaky faucets
• inspect appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
• collaborate with the Service Team on repairs or replacements
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• conduct routine property inspections and report issues
• interact professionally with residents, guests, and prospective tenants and respond to requests.
