The Mental Health Rehabilitation Professional role is onsite in Greenville, WI, with pay of $19.75–$21.75 per hour. The position provides psychosocial rehabilitation through Wisconsin’s Comprehensive Community Services program. The professional supports adults with mental health needs in home, community, and vocational settings, following each participant’s service plan. Skill development, wellness support, community connections, and client empowerment contribute to participants’ individual goals and daily functioning.

What you'll do

• Provide individual skill development and enhancement in areas identified in service plans
• support relationship-building and access to community resources
• provide medication management support and physical health monitoring
• provide employment-related skill training and psychoeducation
• support wellness management and recovery, crisis intervention, assessment, advocacy, communication, and documentation.
