The role supports the firm’s litigation practice through case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and related legal drafting.

What you'll do

• Manage an individual caseload
• handle insurance defense matters, motion practice, depositions, discovery, and court appearances
• draft, review, and negotiate agreements and prepare complaints
• work across practice areas including auto casualty, construction defect, employment practices liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, cybertech, and personal injury.
