What you'll do

• Provide high-level customer service.
• Work with the food service director to keep residents satisfied.
• Maintain kitchen and food storage areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Open and/or close the kitchen.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules.
• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes.
• Document food and refrigeration temperatures.
