What you'll do

• Structure, negotiate, and execute commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
• draft and negotiate retail, office, life sciences, and industrial leases
• represent lenders and commercial borrowers in financing and joint venture matters
• oversee title, survey, environmental, and zoning due diligence
• advise developers on municipal approvals, land use, permits, and zoning variances
• draft entity and joint venture documents.
