Service Technician

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair resident service requests and routine property issues
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including inspections, punch lists, vendor coordination, repairs, and quality checks
• track maintenance inventory and paperwork
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• inspect contractor work as needed
• follow safety procedures and respond to residents.
