What you'll do

• Lead the sales team through customer follow-up, escalations, and Sales Consultant performance management
• drive sales department profitability and monthly volume and gross-profit goals
• work with manufacturers on incentive programs, rebate schedules, and balanced vehicle inventory
• develop and train sales staff
• coordinate vehicle deliveries with the Service Manager
• manage vehicle reconditioning
• partner with the Finance office on sales practices.
