Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready condition
• complete resident work orders and communicate issues or completion to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
• report maintenance concerns in vacant units, models, clubhouses, and common areas
• assist with maintenance inventory and supplies
• support special maintenance and preventive maintenance projects
• help keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
• deliver resident communications and assist with resident functions as needed.
