What you'll do

• Set the pace for local hospitality and customer service
• recruit, train, equip, empower, and sustain volunteer teams
• create inviting environments
• oversee attendee onboarding
• lead guest experience teams including greeters, hosts, parking, communion, programs, cleaning, office and administration, special events, café, and retail
• assist with campus-specific and administrative responsibilities.
