What you'll do

• Supervise and support nursing staff overnight
• provide clinical guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• monitor resident care
• coordinate interventions when resident conditions change
• communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• assist with admissions, transfers, and assessments as needed
• ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and procedures are completed accurately
• promote compliance with facility policies and regulations.
