This role supports daily deposit and payment operations by processing wires, ACH exceptions and returns, card activity, share drafts, and account adjustments. It also helps protect members and the credit union by reviewing transactions for fraud and risk, maintaining records, resolving account issues, and following applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Review and process incoming and outgoing wires
• handle ACH exceptions, returns, stop payments, and disputes
• review card queues and process fraud notifications and adjustments
• maintain audit records
• process overdraft letters and share draft exceptions
• monitor remote deposit capture and ATM queues
• review file maintenance and research requests
• process levies and adjustments
• answer member inquiries
• follow payment regulations and BSA/AML/OFAC procedures.
