What you'll do

• Follow established food procedures
• complete and submit required forms and reports to the Dietary Manager
• help establish the food-service production line
• prepare and serve meals and bedtime snacks
• provide substitute meals or snacks as needed
• clean daily and maintain adequate food, supply, and equipment stock
• and protect confidential health information.
