What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and continence
• assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and new employee orientation
• complete required documentation
• prioritize assignments and respond to changing needs and call lights
• follow each resident’s care or service plan
• safeguard protected health information in accordance with HIPAA.
