The school-year schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; additional evening and weekend availability is required based on program needs.

What you'll do

  • Oversee daily site operations
  • ensure program activities align with DYCD COMPASS and SONYC requirements
  • manage attendance and documentation in DYCD Connect
  • supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff
  • ensure SACC compliance
  • liaise with school personnel, families, and community partners
  • support recruitment and retention
  • coordinate inclusion supports and Individualized Accommodation Plans
  • lead safety drills and crisis management plans
  • lead Summer Rising programming.
